Stoke City were relegated to the Championship, while there were wins for Bournemouth, Watford and West Ham United.

Stoke City 1-2 Crystal Palace

Stoke’s 10-year reign in the Premier League was ended on Saturday as they were relegated following a 2-1 loss at home to Crystal Palace.

Despite taking a half-time lead through Xherdan Shaqiri, they faltered after the break with the visitors securing victory thanks to Jerome McArthur and Patrick Van Aanholt.

Leicester City 0-2 West Ham United

A second goal for on-loan Joao Mario and Mark Noble's blistering effort in the second half earned West Ham United a 2-0 victory over an inconsistent Leicester City at the King Power Stadium.

Bournemouth 1-0 Swansea City

A first-half goal from Ryan Fraser was all it took for Bournemouth to plunge further misery into Swansea’s top-flight hopes at Dean Court.

Watford 2-1 Newcastle United

Watford ended a string of poor results with an impressive performance for a 2-1 win against Newcastle through goals from Robert Pereyra and Andy Gray, with Ayoze Perez finding the consolation for the Magpies.

West Bromwich Albion 1-0 Tottenham Hotspur

Jake Livermore was the hero for the Baggies with the winner in added time for a potentially vital 1-0 victory over top-four hopefuls Tottenham Hotspur at home.
