Cape Umoya United coach Roger de Sa says he is looking forward to catching up with his old friend Jomo Sono after his side locks horns with Jomo Cosmos at Vosloorus Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
"It is always a tough game and always a chance to catch up with Jomo, have a chat and talk about good times and old times, and the state of the game and everything you know," De Sa tells KickOff.com.
Though De Sa and Sono both previously coached in the Absa Premiership, the former says people shouldn't expect to see the style of play that is used in the topflight this weekend.
"I think you play according to your players really. I think when you talk about NFD football it's because you have got NFD players you know. I'm sure we'll do the best we can. We'll play obviously winning football or whatever it takes to get a result. I'm sure both of us will try and do that."
The former Bafana Bafana goalkeeper is aware that Cosmos will be tough to deal with in their own backyard.
"Look I think I have realised that in this league away is very different to home because it is the nature of competition. But ja, we'll still carry on with the same squad, with the same players and we don't change too much. We will try to play to win."
Umoya beat Mbombela United 1-0 in their last league game, while Cosmos held high-flying Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila FC to a goalless draw.
