Orlando Pirates will be looking to extend their lead at the top of the PSL standings when they host Black Leopards at Orlando Stadium on Wednesday evening.
Pirates are coming off the back of a 1-0 win over Bidvest Wits at Bidvest Stadium on Saturday, which moved them to the top of the log.
The game before that they drew 0-0 at home with Mamelodi Sundowns, who are equal on points with Milutin Sredojevic’s side, but only play next week.
Leopards, meanwhile, will be looking to bounce back from their 3-1 defeat to Polokwane City at Peter Mokaba Stadium on Sunday. Dylan Kerr’s side have only won of their last nine league games.
As a result, Lidoda Duvha find themselves just a point above the relegation zone in 12th place with 25 points from 23 matches.
The Buccanneers will be boosted by the return of Thembinkosi Lorch from suspension as well as Vincent Pule and Xola Mlambo from injury, although Alfred Ndengane and Augustine Mulenga are suspended.
The sides have met twice this season. Initially, Pirates beat Leopards 2-1 in the league in August before the Soweto giants were stunned on penalties by the men from Thohoyandou in the Nedbank Cup first-round in late January.
Pirates: Sandilands, Jele, Munetsi, Maela, Dube, Motshwari, Nyatama, Qalinge, Memela, Shonga, Lorch.
Subs: Mabokgwane, Pule, Mabaso, Gabuza, Matlaba, Makola, Nyauza.
