The South Sudan Liberation Army in Opposition have accused the Juba government of planning to abduct and assassinate some of their members staying in Uganda. A press release from the rebels indicates that a number of South Sudan intelligence officers and other operatives with the help of the Uganda government are already in Uganda's West Nile region and other parts of the country, trying to identify people they believe belong to the rebel forces.
