Khartoum — The Minister of Labor, Administrative Reform and Human Resources Development, Bahar Idris Abu-Garda, has called for coordinating efforts between the different institutions.
During his tour to the labor culture institutions and the Higher Council for Administrative Reform Wednesday, Abu-Garda said that the ministry is working to enhance the civil service as one of the announced 400-day government goals, and affirmed the importance of institutionalism and collective work in the ministry’s performance.
Meanwhile, the Chairman of the Labor Culture Institution, Diyab Mohamed Nur, has asserted the importance of holding general training sessions and ones for leaderships as well as training of trainers sessions, referring to the obstacles facing the institution’s work.
